2017 – November 14th

Huzzah! A butler!

I used to have polls here. I don’t anymore. I wonder if I can find a poll…

Nope. No polls, darn it. I have the free version of wordpress. Oh well. I’ll do it the old fashioned way.

I noticed someone on twitter always tweeted comics from 2012. I assumed it was their favourite arc.

Do you have a favourite year you go back to? Why?

  1. My favorite season of Nanotoons? I’d have to say that 2015 was pretty darn awesome with Mel finally coming into her own and November 28, 2015 was probably my favorite comic of all time because I could totally relate to it. However, I really love Jen and how much she freaked out over Nano and how her personality clashed with Dave and Rob, so I feel kind of bad saying that 2015 was my favorite because I loved the original cast so much.

  2. I think my favorite year of NaNoToons was 2013. I was just binge-reading it the other day and IT WAS SO AWESOME!!!! i miss the original cast way too much. *munches on chips in memory of rob* *wonders why self is too lazy to press the shift button*

  3. I think 2013 was my favorite year too. I used to the cast and their tropes and really enjoyed it.

Though that one at the end of 2015 was a stand-out single comic for sure!

      • Ha! No! I don’t think so. I needed another character to be the butler, and was about to choose the seasons where Victoria was the main character, but then I remembered Mel wouldn’t have known about that. Darn continuity.

        • Speaking of continuity, one of these comments said mystery-story-version of Victoria was married to Dave. Is that an indication that the real characters are married too?

  4. I can’t decided on a favorite. I really liked 2010, 2011, and 2012. Basically, any with Dave in them. Dave is my favorite character.

  6. My favorite? It would have to be this year because I just found you! I haven’t had time to go back and read the old ones because I do have a story to write after all 🙂

  7. 2015 was my favorite, but for me the key comic was The November 16th comic. That, to me, expressed the soul of the exercise known as NaNoWriMo.
