2012 – December #01

Debbie: Edited: Ok, I think my first NaNoToon upload worked, YAY! Thanks so much to everyone for following NaNoToons – it’s been WAY fun reading all your comments. Errol: It’s December 1st. Wow. I can’t believe it. Thank you, all of you, for joining us with comments, and encouragement and just the insanity of Nanowrimo. I hope you guys had as much fun as I did, although I am totally bushed this November. 😀 I agree with Debbie, I couldn’t keep UP with the comments at all, but thank you so much for them, they totally made my day! And just to let you know, I also do daily webcomics with my band, Debs and Errol. There is less drama there, but I could talk about Debs dating life… 😀 She’d kill me. Anyway, thanks again, we’ll see you again next year!

Errol: Good grief! It’s the 28th already! Not… that I’m trying to get anyone to panic. Wow, this November has been crazy. And I haven’t done my bills yet either! Not that you want to know that. Anyway, I know you guys are doing great, so stay on target!

Debbie: Thanks for everyone’s comments about NaNoToons. I may login later than Errol every day (or rather, he stays up way later than I do every night :-)), so I don’t to add my comments until the morning. Errol: I’ve been reading a lot of reports on people hitting 50k! Huzzah, congrats! And even if you haven’t, you’re still doing great! 😀

Debbie: Heh…and if you’ve fallen waaaay behind in NaNoWrimo, don’t give up on your novel!! There’s always the 250, 500 and 1000 words/day challenge. 🙂 Good luck with your writing, everyone!

Errol: This is Friday Errol posting for Sunday. If all is good, I should be at the overnight writing session now. I bet I’m tired. 😀 Hope you’re doing ok, future Errol!

Debbie: I’m wishing future (now past??) Errol luck as well. 😀 Only FIVE MORE DAYS left in NaNoWriMo! How is everyone doing with their novels?

Errol: Look! Tim is smiling! Huzzah! 😀 And it’s FRIDAY! One more weekend! Oh dear this month is going by fast!

Debbie: Waaaay too fast.  How are you all doing with your novels? Don’t give up if you’ve fallen too far behind to finish NaNoWriMo this year; you can always aim for 250, 500 or 1000 words a day.

Errol: I think Ed is underestimating Victoria’s wordcount in this. 😀 BTW, Debbie Ohi is back in town. I’m so happy. 😀

Debbie: I’m happy that Errol’s happy. The line about chapter headings, by the way, came from Talis Kimberly’s X-Libris song, and the combined wordcount line came from Cassandra Marshall’s list of author pick-up lines.

Errol: Monday! New Week! We only have one more weekend left! Crazy! 😀

Debbie: Fran is wise. I tend to do the same thing, so am going to try a new approach in my current novel. Outline first, then write fast, THEN revise.

Errol: Starting is still doable! When I first heard about Nanowrimo, I was so pumped I didn’t care how late it was. It’s awesome! If you are hearing about it just now, do it!

Friday night we had our Halfway party and I’m excited because I haven’t had a time to socialize. It will be good to see some Wrimo’s! 😀
